End User License Agreement

1. Licence grant

Subject to the Terms of Service and this EULA, ORVENTRA LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Lexora for your internal business or personal drafting purposes.

2. Licence restrictions

Except as allowed by law, you may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform software itself.
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties as your own product without our written consent.
Remove proprietary notices or attempt to extract model weights, prompts systems, or non-public APIs.
Use the service to train competing models using our non-public system behaviour at scale.

3. Your content and outputs

As between you and us, you retain ownership of prompts and documents you upload. Draft outputs generated for you may be used by you subject to your own review obligations and third-party rights.

You are solely responsible for ensuring final documents comply with law and meet your commercial needs.

4. Updates

We may update, replace, or discontinue features. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA when posted.

5. Termination

This licence ends when your account is closed or access is suspended under the Terms of Service. On termination you must stop using the software interfaces; copies of drafts you lawfully exported may remain yours.

6. Relationship to Terms

If this EULA conflicts with the Terms of Service on a licence-specific point, this EULA controls for that point. Otherwise the Terms of Service apply in full.
