Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Lexora, you agree to these Terms of Service with ORVENTRA LTD (“Lexora”, “we”, “us”). If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Lexora is drafting software, not a law firm. Outputs are for drafting and workflow support only and do not constitute legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use.
3. The service
Lexora provides software tools to help draft, edit, export, and optionally request review of legal-related documents. Features may change as we improve the product.
Users remain responsible for reviewing all outputs. Where legal advice is required, consult a qualified legal professional.
- Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable clauses for your situation.
- You must review all drafts before relying on or signing them.
- Optional counsel review, where offered, is a separate paid workflow and is not continuous legal representation.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the platform.
- Upload malware or content you do not have rights to process.
- Misrepresent Lexora outputs as formal legal advice from a solicitor or law firm.
5. Fees and prepaid balance
Lexora runs on a prepaid balance model. You top up funds, then spend balance on 30-day access plans or one-off audit credits. Plans and balances do not auto-renew. Nothing is charged without your action.
Prices are shown in-product. Taxes may apply. Failed or reversed payments may suspend access until resolved.
6. Intellectual property
The Lexora brand, software, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these terms, you retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a licence to process that content solely to operate and improve the service.
You may use generated drafts for your own business purposes, subject to your review and applicable law.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LEXORA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS ARE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR FIT FOR EXECUTION WITHOUT HUMAN REVIEW.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Subject to that, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the service in that period, or (b) £100.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, abuse, or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability) will survive termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
